Your appointment will very likely start at the time that you booked, and you will have a full opportunity to discuss all your medical concerns and requirements in a clean, comfortable and inviting setting. You can specify whether you need 15 or 30 minutes when you book.

As Home Visits are booked by calling Dr Baiarda directly on 07365 802140 or emailing Gero@GPDQ.co.uk. Full records of your visit and any medication prescribed are kept, and can be forwarded to your NHS GP at your request
